PRIVACY POLICY

Ниже представлена обновлённая версия политики конфиденциальности, включающая новый раздел, описывающий возможность удаления персональных данных пользователем.

PRIVACY POLICY

We provide this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data and other information we receive from publishers. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used herein have the same meanings as in our Terms of Use. By continuing to use the iuve.link website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and/or the service after notice of changes has been sent to you, you agree to these changes. You voluntarily provide us with certain personal information that we collect to enable you to take advantage of the Site and/or service functionality.

SITE AND THIRD PARTY SITES

This Privacy Policy applies solely to the Site. The Site may contain links to third party sites that are not owned or controlled by the Provider. The Provider has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies (if any), or practices of any third party sites. You acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing and understanding the privacy policies (if any) of any third party sites that you may access through this Site. By using this Site, you release the Provider from any liability arising from your use of any third party sites to which this Site may link. Our primary purposes in collecting your personal data are to provide and improve the Site and service, administer your subscription, and enable Publishers to use and easily navigate the Site and Service. Below are the types and categories of information we collect.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

We collect your personal data in the following ways:

  • REGISTRATION:
To use the service, you must provide the following information, which you acknowledge and expressly confirm is personal data that allows others, including the Provider, to identify you: first and last name, full email address. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any personal information you provide. Inaccurate information will affect the data you receive when using the Site and Service, as well as our ability to contact you as described in this Privacy Policy.
  • LOG DATA:
When you visit the Site, our servers automatically record information about your use and your visit. Log Data may include your computer's IP address, the time and date of your requests, browser type, software used, the webpage you were visiting immediately before coming to the Site, access times and dates, your location, mobile network information, and other statistics. We use this information to monitor and analyze use of the Site, administer it technically, improve its functionality and usability for publishers, and better tailor it to publishers’ needs.
  • COOKIES:
Like most websites, we use cookies and web logs to track use of the Site. A cookie is a small data file that resides on your computer and allows the Provider to recognize you as the publisher when you return to the Site using the same computer and browser. If your browser settings do not allow the use of cookies, you will not be able to use the Site. Cookies and log file data are used to customize your experience on the Site. One type of cookie, known as a “session” cookie, is used to identify a specific visit to the Site. This cookie expires after a short period or when you close your browser. The Site may also use local shared objects, commonly called “flash cookies”, for purposes such as storing publisher preferences. You can manage or reject your Flash cookies. In the course of providing advertising or optimizing services to our publishers, we may allow authorized third parties to place or recognize unique cookies on your browser. Any information provided to third parties through such cookies will not be personally identifiable. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies; however, you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when they are being sent. Unfortunately, if your browser settings do not allow cookies, or if you choose to refuse all cookies, you will not be able to use the Site. The Provider does not store personal data in cookies.
  • WEB BEACONS:
We allow other companies, called advertising networks, to serve advertisements to publishers through the Site. These advertising networks include third-party ad servers, advertising agencies, ad technology providers, and research firms. To ensure these advertisements are delivered correctly, we may include a file called a web beacon from these advertising networks on pages served by the Provider so that they can provide anonymized, aggregate auditing, research, and reporting to advertisers, and target advertising to you when you visit other sites. Because your web browser must request these advertisements and web beacons from the ad network’s servers, these companies can view, edit, or set their own cookies, just as if you had requested a web page from their site. These technologies are generally not used to personally identify you unless additional information is provided.
  • LOG FILES, IP ADDRESS AND INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR COMPUTER:
Consistent with Internet communication standards, when you visit the Site, we automatically receive the URL of the Site you came from and the site you are directed to when you leave the Site. We also receive your computer’s IP address (or the proxy server you use), your operating system, browser type, email patterns, and the name of your ISP. This information is used to analyze overall trends to help us improve the Site. The association between your IP address and your personal data is not shared with third parties without your prior consent, unless permitted or required by law.

CONNECTION

The Provider will communicate with you through email, notices posted on the Site, or other means available through the Service, including text and other forms of messaging. If we send you any communications through a carrier service with which you have a mobile communications subscription or access, you understand that you may be subject to associated service fees. Please be aware that you will always receive certain emails from the Provider related to the proper functioning of the Service.

INFORMATION EXCHANGE WITH THIRD PARTIES

The Provider takes publishers’ privacy very seriously. Therefore, we do not sell, rent, or otherwise provide your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We will only share your personal information with third parties to carry out your instructions or provide specific services or information. Unless you consent to this, these third parties do not retain, share, or process any personal information except to provide these services, and they are bound by confidentiality agreements that limit their use of such information. We may provide aggregated, anonymous Site usage data to third parties for purposes we deem appropriate, including potential advertisers on the Site.

JOINING FORCES WITH THIRD PARTIES

The Provider allows other companies to place advertisements on the Site. These companies use technology to deliver advertisements directly to your browser. In doing so, they may automatically receive your IP address. Advertisers on the Site may also use cookies and/or web beacons to collect information about your use of the Site. We do not control the processes advertisers use to collect information. However, IP addresses, cookies, and web beacons are not considered personal data and generally cannot be used to identify individuals unless additional information is provided.

LEGAL NOTE

The Service Provider cooperates with government and law enforcement agencies, as well as private parties, to ensure compliance with applicable laws. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement authorities or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including litigation), protect the property and rights of the Provider or a third party, protect public or personal safety, and prevent or stop activities that we consider to be illegal or unethical. We provide the representations and information in this section in accordance with European privacy laws, in particular the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These provisions are specific to persons located in the EEA or Switzerland. If you are not located in one of these countries, please do not rely on the following. For visitors from European territories, our legal basis for collecting and using your personal information will depend on the nature of the data and the specific context in which we collect it. For the purposes of this notice, “European Territories” includes the European Economic Area, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom (post-Brexit). Generally, we process your personal data based on our legitimate business interests, such as administering our platforms and services and fulfilling contractual obligations. In some cases, we may also collect and process personal data based on your consent. With respect to our customers and advertising partners, those parties are responsible for providing the necessary privacy notices and obtaining the necessary consent(s) when required.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO OTHERS

The Provider may disclose your personal information and other information you provide to third parties as part of a reorganization or sale of the Provider’s assets or company division. Any third party to whom we transfer or sell our assets will have the right to continue using the personal data and other information you provide.

AGGREGATE AND NON-IDENTIFYING INFORMATION

We may share aggregated information that does not include personal data and otherwise disclose non-identifying information and registration data to third parties for industry analysis, demographic profiling, and other purposes. Any aggregated information distributed in these contexts will not contain your personal data.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER

Your information may be transferred to and stored on computers and servers located outside of your city, state, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. Your agreement to this Privacy Policy and the subsequent provision of such information constitutes your consent to such transfer.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES

Our Site contains links to other sites. If you choose to visit an advertiser by clicking on a banner or other type of advertisement, or by following another third party link, you will be directed to those third party websites. The inclusion of such links does not constitute an endorsement, permission, or representation of our affiliation with that third party, nor does it imply endorsement of their privacy or information security policies or practices. We do not control third party sites; they may have their own cookies or other files on your computer, and may collect personal information independently. We encourage you to review the privacy policies (if any) or statements of other websites that you visit.

ACCESSING AND CHANGING YOUR INFORMATION

You can review the information provided to us and make any necessary changes at any time. Please be aware that even after your change request has been processed, the Provider may retain residual information about you in backup and/or archived copies of its database for some time. We take your rights seriously and encourage you to exercise them as you deem appropriate. You may exercise these rights by contacting us using the provided contact form.

DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA

In addition to accessing and changing your information, you have the option to permanently delete your personal data from our systems. To do so, please navigate to https://iuve.link/user/settings and click on the "Delete Permanently" button located on the right-hand side of the screen. Please note that this action is irreversible and will permanently remove your data from our records.

YOUR OBLIGATIONS

As a publisher, you are subject to certain obligations imposed by applicable laws and regulations. You must comply at all times with the terms and conditions of the current Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. This includes respecting all intellectual property rights that may belong to third parties. You must not upload, download, or otherwise distribute any information that may be considered harmful, violent, offensive, racist, or xenophobic. It is prohibited to falsify Site statistics or use special programs or systems to simulate views (including so-called active website promotion systems, SAP). Any violation of these obligations may result in restrictions or other corrective actions.

SAFETY

We will make any legally required disclosure of any breach of security, confidentiality, or integrity of your unencrypted electronic “personal information” (as defined in applicable laws related to security breach notification) to you by email or by conspicuous posting on the Site at the most appropriate time and without unreasonable delays, provided that such disclosure complies with legitimate requirements of law enforcement authorities or any measures necessary to determine the extent of the breach and restore reasonable integrity to the data system. We employ technical, administrative, and organizational security measures to protect the data we collect from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure or access.

DATA RETENTION POLICY

We retain personal data collected directly for targeting purposes for a maximum of 12 months, after which we take steps to delete it. However, for identifiable data that we store on behalf of an Advertiser, such as their email list, we will retain it until the Advertiser asks us to remove it. Personal data collected for other purposes is retained for no longer than is necessary for our business purposes and is anonymized when no longer needed. For example, we maintain anonymized impression and click data to ensure compliance with service-related auditing or legal requirements.

ADDITIONAL DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS FOR EEA RESIDENTS

If you would like to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal information, you may contact us using the provided contact form. You may also object to the processing of your personal information or request that we restrict its processing. In cases where we have processed your personal information with your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing on any lawful basis other than consent.
